Bong Berbano & Mhel Garrido

LEADershift was originally a team-building company named LEAD INNOVATIVE, founded by Jerome Buhay. During the pandemic, Jerome migrated to Canada and entrusted the company to his former high school classmates, Roger “Bong” Berbano and Armel “Mhel” Garrido. The duo then transformed it into a full-service events solutions company.

Bong brought his training and teaching experience from PAREF Southridge School and Thames International, while Mhel, a former top salesman at Toyota Cubao, later became an Events Manager for STI Education Services Group. Their combined expertise in their respective fields ultimately led to the creation of LEADershift Philippines.
